Wake Up!
Thursday, November 13th, 2008Since the time change a week or so ago, Gman has continued to wake up around his “normal time.” In the past, he has slept about 11 hours a night which puts him waking up about 6am. This means he likes to wake up now at 5am since the time dropped back an hour. For what it is worth, the current time as I write this is 5:37am and he is still asleep. Maybe he is getting the idea that he can sleep later if he wants :)
Here are a few pictures I snapped from the video camera we have over his crib. As you can see, yesterday, he was up and adam pulling himself up the side of the crib trying to see “what’s out there.” The camera is a night vision camera so to him it was dark when these pictures were taken.
Speaking of climbing, he works really hard on his crawling and standing ever day. He is very determined and I think that the frustration that comes with being determined has driven him to this point. We will lower the crib mattress again this weekend so as to avoid having a broken armed baby :)
